How much does it cost to join as a provider?
DogLovers offers flat monthly memberships starting at $19/month (Starter), $25/month (Professional), or $79/month (Business). Unlike other platforms, we don't take 20% commission on every booking - you keep 100% of your earnings.
How do I get paid?
Connect your Stripe account to receive direct deposits. Payments are processed after service completion and transferred to your bank account according to Stripe's payout schedule (typically 2-3 business days).
What verification do I need to complete?
You'll need to complete identity verification, background check (through Checkr), and upload proof of pet care insurance. This ensures safety and builds trust with pet owners.
How do I use the GPS walk tracker?
Navigate to the Walk Tracker from your dashboard, select the pet, and tap "Start Walk". The app will track your route via GPS. You can add photos, notes, and mark bathroom breaks during the walk. Pet owners receive a beautiful report when you finish.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes! You have complete control over your pricing for each service. Set rates that reflect your experience, location, and the value you provide. You can adjust prices anytime.
